La Maison de l’Excellence Savencia®, run by its two Executive Chefs, is composed of a dozen pastry and culinary chefs who travel around the world to meet our clients. They are all at the heart of the thought process that goes into ideas for innovation and recipe development. Their knowledge and expertise are a considerable contribution to expanding the utilisation of Corman products and meeting professionals’ needs.


Our teams are dedicated to passing on their know-how to industry professionals, both in France and abroad. They hold a variety of training sessions and demonstrations around the world, which offer real support along with a source of inspiration. La Maison de L’Excellence Savencia® is constantly reinventing itself by adapting its services both in on site and digitally. We organize both individual and group trainings, product demonstrations and meetings with customers, Chefs, and craftsmen.
