- Mix together the ground almonds , the sugar, the flour and the honey in a bowl using a whisk.
- Fold in the egg whites with a spatula and finish with the slightly warmed Clarified Butter.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours.
- Pour into silicone moulds.
- Bake in the aven at 180 °C for around 15 minutes (depending on the size of the moulds).
